With our state-of-the art CNC turning facilities, DelStar specializes in plastic part machining. However, we can also work with a variety of alternative metal and non-metal materials, including stainless steel, titanium, nylon, and Teflon. Our top-notch CNC turning machinery can handle a wide range of production needs, from one-off prototypes to part orders consisting of up to 5,000 units.

Upholding a tight (±) 0.001 of an inch precision tolerance on all part dimensions, our CNC turning machinery is equipped with two-axis cutting capabilities and possesses an up to twenty-four inch chucking capacity, sixty inches between centers. Our machines also possess a through spindle capacity of up to 4.5 inches.
